Screen editor for the Oric Atmos with full LOCI mass-storage integration. Rewritten from scratch in Oscar64 C (bare-metal, no ROM calls) based on OricScreenEditor V1 (CC65). Supports canvas sizes up to 10 KiB with auto-scrolling viewport, 40-level undo/redo in overlay RAM, XRAM-backed file picker with full directory navigation, colour picker, hollow box and ellipse in Line/Box mode, Select cut/copy, character editor with per-row hex input, charset-swap mechanism, Find/Replace, IJK joystick support, and French localisation. Requires a LOCI device.
